Per Meal Prep: 592 Calories | 50.5g Protein | 9g Fat | 79g Carbs Ingredients For Chipotle Sauce:
400g Butter Chicken Sauce - @pataks_polska 
120g Tomato Sauce
900g chicken breast (seasoned with salt and black pepper) 448g (16oz) pasta 70g pasta water Cilantro 
White Sauce:
80g greek yogurt
80-100g fat free milk Tip: when microwaving, add in some water and itll mix so much better and saucier Tip 2: DO NOT mix hot pasta or hot water into the sauce. It will curd up and not mix well. DO NOT heat the sauce in a pan either. It won’t curd up when microwaving.

    There is no such thing as an unhealthy or healthy food. Which means theres also no such thing as a bad or good food either. However, food CAN BE more nutritious than others. One food or one ingredient does not determine someone health or the quality of food. Diet patterns, lifestyle, and consistent choices are what determines a healthy or unhealthy diet. Fitness and health isn’t about perfection, it’s what you do most of the time. 

Shin Ramen isn’t as high in protein but it still contains 20+g of protein. At the end of the day, as long as you are eating fewer calories than your body burns, you will lose weight. Enjoy this meal and just go back to consuming a higher protein diet tomorrow. Not everyday has to be perfect to make progress. This is an amazing low calorie option for Shin Ramen and also enjoyable.

    Chicken Pot Pie Makes 4 Servings: Per Serving: 409 Calories | 32g Protein | 41g Carbs | 15g Fat 
 30g butter
450g Shredded Chicken (good & gather from Target) 300mL chicken stock 120mL 2% milk 120g frozen vegetables 1 onion 1 or 2 whole rosemary 2g salt 40mL Fat Free Half Half 5 garlic cloves 1g black pepper pinch of paprika Cornstarch slurry (20g corn starch, mixed with a bit of water) 1 puff pastry- cut into 6 even rectangles (comes in 2 sheets so youll end up with 12) 
Tip: air fry or toast back up your puff pastry when you are ready to have you pot pie. You can also boil your chicken breast and shred it instead of buying a rotisserie chicken or pre shredded chicken to save money. 

Another Tip: simmer on medium low until the filling thickens up to your desired consistency. #chicken #pot #pie
