    FLIP COMMUNITY RULES

    These guidelines are designed to ensure a positive and engaging environment for all users of Flip. By participating in our community, you agree to abide by these guidelines and contribute to a vibrant and respectful community experience.

    Community Rules:

    • Community Interaction:

      1. Flip is a platform where communities can connect through authentic product reviews, "Flips", and Clips. To maintain the integrity of this community, all forms of content must adhere to our guidelines.

        1. Whether you're sharing a detailed product review, a Flip, or a quick Clip, your content should remain focused on the product or relevant experience.
        2. Any post, whether a review, Flip, or clip, that deviates from these standards, lacks meaningful information, or blatantly goes against our community guidelines will be removed to ensure a constructive and valuable platform for everyone.
      2. Differing viewpoints are encouraged, but personal attacks are not. Keep discussions focused on feedback, not the individual sharing it
      3. Racial, derogatory, or discriminatory language is absolutely forbidden and will result in immediate action.

        1. Flip is a space for respect, not hate speech—if that’s your aim, this is not the platform for you.
      4. Harassment, stalking, or threats directed toward any user or Flip support team member will not be tolerated.

        1. These behaviors are unacceptable and will lead to swift consequences.
      5. Bullying in any form, whether aimed at other users or Flip Live Support, will result in account suspension or removal.

        1. We are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful community.
      6. Fraudulent, libelous, abusive, obscene, sexually explicit, or illegal behavior has no place on Flip and will be dealt with immediately.
      7. Deliberately posting, commenting, or resharing misinformation is prohibited.

        1. Misleading information about products or how Flip operates may result in your account being flagged for review and potential removal.
    • Content:

      1. Violations

        1. Repeatedly posting and then deleting the same content.
        2. Uploading blank or empty screens that offer no meaningful information.
        3. Substituting required videos with screenshots or static images.
        4. Posting content that is not 100% original and created by the user.
        5. Excessive posting of interchangeable content.
        6. Product posts that do not include content about featured item(s).
      2. Moderation

        1. Flip reserves the right to monitor and moderate all content posted on the platform. Content that violates our guidelines will be removed, and users may be notified about such actions.
        2. Users can report content that violates community guidelines through the app’s reporting system. Flip will review reported content and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Sponsorship:

      1. Brands are strictly prohibited from paying any individual, directly or indirectly, in cash or through products of value, for the purpose of creating content to be posted on a personal account on Flip. All content on Flip must be created organically, either through personal product purchases or On The House (OTH) products. No form of payment, gifts, or incentives from third parties is allowed, offered, or accepted.
      2. Flip already rewards its community based on engagement with content, views generated, and purchases driven by content shared on the platform. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action.
    • On the House( OTH) , aka Free Products:

      1. Eligibility criteria for On the House (free products):

        1. The On the House collection is available to all users who watch at least 100 videos on Flip or share a video review of a purchase with the Flip community.
        2. Users must be in good standing with Flip and abide by Community Guidelines to maintain eligibility (see more below). Flip reserves the right to offer or remove OTH access to any user.
      2. How do I get access to more items in On the House?

        1. The value of OTH items you can get in an order is based on the value of paid items in your cart, and your On the House tier.

          1. Silver tier gets $0.50 On the House for every $1 spent, Gold gets $1 On the House for every $1 spent, Platinum gets $2.50 On the House for every $1 spent, and Icon gets $4 On the House for every $1 spent.
        2. Graduate to the next tier by posting videos and accumulating views on those videos. Tiers are assessed every 90 days. See your Wallet for more details.
        3. You must post authentic reviews of each item received from On the House on Flip to continue having access to more of these products.
      3. Do all users have access to the same items in OTH?

        1. Yes! All users have access to the same items in On the House.
      4. OTH Items (free products) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
      5. Removal of OTH Eligibility includes, but is not limited to, the following

        1. Content posted by users must adhere to Flip's Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines.
        2. Spamming demotes your account in the feed and will limit your chances of increasing engagement.

          1. Posting an excessive number of videos or the same post within 24 hours.
          2. Spamming includes excessively reposting reviews, clips, or comments.
    • Fraudulent Activity:

      1. Engaging in any form of fraud will result in swift and decisive action, including permanent account termination. Fraudulent activity will not be tolerated and can result in immediate and permanent account removal, including but not limited to the following actions:

        1. Creating multiple accounts to gain access to On The House (OTH) products.
        2. Excessive returns of purchased items while retaining OTH (free) products.
        3. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different addresses to exploit the system.
        4. Manipulating or abusing the Flip credit or referral programs. Any attempts to exploit these programs will lead to the forfeiture of benefits and potential suspension or permanent removal of your account.
    • Unpaid Balances and Multiple Accounts:

      1. Users are expected to settle any unpaid balances for previously delivered items promptly. Failure to do so may result in the restriction of certain privileges.
      2. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
    • Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

      1. Do not violate local, national, or international laws, statutes, rules, permits, ordinances, or regulations while using the Flip platform.
      2. Do not interfere with or disrupt the Flip platform, its servers, or the networks connected to the Flip platform.

    These guidelines are subject to change at any time. Flip reserves the right to take immediate and appropriate action, including the removal of On The House (OTH) eligibility and user accounts, for any violations that compromise the integrity, safety, or trust of the community and the platform.
