    Stir Fry Ingredients 
1 lb ground beef
1 tosp sesame oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1 top soy sauce
1 tosp oyster sauce
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup green beans (chopped)
½ cup carrots (julienned)
1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
For the Rice:
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups water
½ tsp salt

In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and stir in jasmine rice. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until fluffy.
Remove from heat and let rest before serving.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Add green beans and carrots, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp

    Teriyaki Turkey and Veggies Ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey 1 cup jasmine rice 1 cup teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup broccoli florets 1 carrot, julienned 2 green onions, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Cook rice according to the instructions In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Add the broccoli florets and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the turkey and vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through. To serve, divide the cooked rice among bowls, top with the teriyaki turkey and vegetable mixture, and garnish with chopped green onions Enjoy!!

    Another delish recipe found online Egg Roll in a Bowl Ingredients: Main Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 3-4 garlic cloves, minced ½ head of cabbage, shredded 3 green onion sprigs, chopped 1 cup shredded carrots Sauce Ingredients: ¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos 1 tosp rice vinegar 1 tosp sesame oil Drizzle of honey ½ tsp salt Instructions: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Stir in shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and salt. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetable mixture, stirring to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
