Teriyaki Turkey and Veggies Ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey 1 cup jasmine rice 1 cup teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup broccoli florets 1 carrot, julienned 2 green onions, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Cook rice according to the instructions In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Add the broccoli florets and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the turkey and vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through. To serve, divide the cooked rice among bowls, top with the teriyaki turkey and vegetable mixture, and garnish with chopped green onions Enjoy!!
