Stir Fry Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 1 tosp sesame oil 1 clove garlic (minced) 1 tsp ginger (grated) 1 top soy sauce 1 tosp oyster sauce ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) ½ cup green beans (chopped) ½ cup carrots (julienned) 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish) For the Rice: 1 cup jasmine rice 2 cups water ½ tsp salt In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and stir in jasmine rice. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until fluffy. Remove from heat and let rest before serving. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add green beans and carrots, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp
