The Champs-Élysées is a classic cocktail that’s very tasty and very underrated! It’s a riff on one of my favorite cocktails, the Sidecar, that keeps cognac as the base spirit, but uses Green Chartreuse instead of triple sec giving it more complexity in taste. It was created in the 1920’s, and because of the drink’s use of French spirits, it’s named after the famous avenue in Paris. While sipping on this cocktail, you may even feel transported to a cafe on the streets of Paris!😉 So give this classic a try and watch Green Chartreuse become one of your new favorite liqueurs!🍸🇫🇷🎉 Champs-Élysées🍸🇫🇷 2oz Cognac 1/2oz Green Chartreuse 3/4oz Lemon Juice 1/2oz Simple Syrup 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Add your ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!!

How do you feel about champagne cocktails? It’s Valentine’s Day so a drink with a little bubbly is called for! The Kir Royale is a classic French cocktail that combines champagne with the blackcurrant liqueur, crème de cassis. It’s actually a riff on another classic cocktail, the Kir, which calls for white wine instead of champagne. The flavor of the liqueur mixes perfectly with the champagne and gives it a nice dark red/purple color. It’s great for date night, brunch, or any other occasion that goes well with champagne! So get the bubbly ready for Valentine’s Day and don’t forget the crème de cassis!🍾🥂❤️ Kir Royale🍾 3/4oz Crème de Cassis 4-5oz Champagne (or Sparkling Wine) Add crème de cassis to your cooked champagne flute. Then pour champagne into your glass. Garnish with a blackberry and lemon twist. Enjoy!!

Are you a rum fan and looking for some more drink ideas? Somewhere between a daiquiri and a margarita there’s the Golden Glove! It’s a refreshing cocktail from the 1930’s created by Constante Ribalaigua Vert at the Bar La Florida in Havana. Constante was said to be a boxing fan🥊 which is where he got the name of the drink. It’s drier than a mojito or daiquiri but just as delicious! So give this rum drink a shake and help bring it out of the shadow of its cocktail cousins!🍋‍🟩🥃🎊 Golden Glove🍋‍🟩🥊🥃 2oz White Rum 1tsp Triple Sec 1/2oz Lime Juice 1tsp Sugar Add your ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime half-wheel. Enjoy!

Do you like Gin and Juice as much as Snoop Dogg?🤔 Try this drink before you answer!🍸 The Orange Blossom is a tasty cocktail created in the 1920’s during Prohibition. Like a lot of cocktails from this time, it contained ingredients that could cover the chemical taste in bathtub gin!🫣 Thankfully this cocktail tasted even better with high quality gin and needs to be tried!🙌 The original recipe calls for equal parts of the ingredients but this gave an unbalanced sweetness, so I increased the gin to 2oz which tasted perfect! So try this “Gin & Juice with a kick” and see what you think!🍸🍊🎉 Orange Blossom🍸🍊 2oz Gin 1oz Sweet Vermouth 1oz Orange Juice Add your ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange wedge. Enjoy!!
