😰 This is one of the HARDEST things to do! And boy, do I know it to be true! I’ve spent many years of my life, dismissing myself. I would allow myself to fall victim to self-doubt, low self-esteem, no self-confidence…and in turn, surround myself with people on that same level. Those were some dark years for me… Around this time back in 2017, that’s when I snapped out of it. I knew I needed to make a change, to save myself FROM myself. And how did I do that? It’s so HARD to MOVE PAST this! 😩 Self-doubt, fear, lack of support… all these things contribute to us becoming hesitant in pursuing our goals or dreams. Even when you see someone you admire or see as a role model, they go through these very same fears whether it’s in the beginning of their own process or during! 😧 But the important takeaway from this is to know you’re not the only one who feels this and whenever you DO feel this way, tell yourself the opposite. 🙂 I WILL do this or I AM more than capable of accomplishing this, etc. In doing this, you’re slowly rewiring your brain and removing those negative thoughts or statements and instead feeding yourself healthy thoughts or statements that will encourage you to feel comfortable with stepping into your power. 🔥⚡️ #mindset #motivation #goals #motivatetoinspire #empowermotivateinspire #lovemyEMIcommunity
