    🚨 FULL RECIPE ✅ INGREDIENTS: 250 grams milk (1 cup) 350 grams water (1.5 cups) 60 grams butter (4 tbsp) 150 grams sourdough starter (heaping 1/2 cup) 40 grams honey (2 tbsp) 20 grams salt (3.5 tsp) 1000 grams flour (8 cups) DIRECTIONS: 1.) Mix water, milk and butter together. Warm to room temp. 2.) Add starter, honey, salt, flour. Mix until evenly combined. 3.) Cover and let rest until dough doubles in size. NOTES: Depends on your house temperature: Leave on counter = roughly 9-12 hours // Put in fridge = overnight // In oven with light on =5-6 hours. The longer you allow it to ferment the more nooks you’ll have in your finished English muffins. 4.) Once doubled, pour out onto a floured counter. Sprinkle semolina flour or cornmeal onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Remaining directions in comments ➡️👉

    ❌ Get out of the fast food line… In other words…why are you worrying about what’s the most optimal fruit or vegetable or type of meat to eat if all you’re eating is McDonald’s. It doesn’t matter what the most nutritional fruit is if your diet is entirely trashy fast food. The same goes for your content creation…why are you worried about how long your video should be, or if certain products have a better chance of going viral if you can’t even get yourself to post 3…4…5 times per week. Once you can do that, then focus on posting 1X per day. Then…once you can manage posting 1X per day…focus on stressing over another detail of your content. Build slowly on that progress and before you know it you’ll have one heckuva content creation strategy. What’re your thoughts?

    Pillsbury be like…here’s your “pie crust” INGREDIENTS: Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Lard And Hydrogenated Lard With Bha And Bht Added To Protect Flavor, Water, Wheat Starch, Corn Starch, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Salt, Rice Flour, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Propionate And Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Citric Acid, Annatto Extract (For Color). I be like here’s your pie crust: INGREDIENTS: 2 2/3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 8 tbsp cold butter, cubed 3/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup ice water DIRECTIONS: 1.) Combine flour and salt. 2.) Cut in butter with a fork. 3.) Add in ice water. Mix until dough roughly comes together. 4.) Dump onto counter and knead into a smooth ball. 5.) into fridge until 30 mins before use. 6.) divide in half. Roll 1/4”-1/2” thick 7.) Add to bottom of pan. Add pie filling. Add top. Seal edges. Bake!
