- Ultra high quality Carbon Steel: Carbon Steel heats fast, gets super hot, and can be seasoned to a nearly nonstick surface over time.
- Pre-seasoned: Most carbon steel pans need seasoning out of the box. We took care of that – with 2 layers of pure corn oil – so you can start cooking right away. Like cast iron, the more you use it, the more nonstick the surface becomes.
