Each pole weighs 10.5 ounces.- Short: Extends from 37.5" to 45.25" (95cm to 115cm). Suitable for walkers 5'3" to 5'7" or with a forearm-to-ground measurement of 38" to 46". Each pole weighs 11.5 ounces.
