Trauma is a difficult thing to work through on your own, and I wanted to take the first steps towards healing with this after trauma book by Therapy Notebooks. This is not a therapy replacement, but a workbook to help you reprocess and confront your trauma through writing exercises that you can complete at your own pace. There are also notes and tips from therapists spread throughout the notebook. I think this is a great way to begin your healing journey, and I will update you with my thoughts and opinions once I complete it.

This anti-anxiety journal is the best journal I've had for my anxiety. It's helpful to know that this was made by therapists, and all the information in it is super up-to-date, and it uses cognitive behavioral therapy. I love how the chapters are laid out, and it explains why you are doing what you are doing before you practice it, and some tips. You can draw in it, write down your problems for the day, and circle how you're feeling. So if you're hunting for the perfect journal for your anxiety, this one's it.

If you're someone who has trouble sleeping and wants to fix it I'd highly recommend grabbing the anti-insomnia notebook as a free gift and one of your next purchases. I think this book is 20 to 30 dollars if you actually pay for it, and I don't know if I would necessarily pay that for this But I've been loving it as a free gift. I'm about halfway through now. I'm on oh you can't see that I'm on week three of I believe there's six weeks in here, and it's basically it's a weekly sleep blog, but it's also Calculating your sleep efficiency when like comparing how much time you spend in bed versus how much time you actually fall asleep and giving you guidance on Little things to fix like don't get in bed two hours before you normally fall asleep and stuff like that I've been really enjoying it I feel like I actually am sleeping better And I feel like I know a little bit more about my sleep patterns now as well, which is really cool So yeah, give it a try

I'm not really sure where this anti-insomnia book has been all my life, but it's honestly helped me so much And I'm just in my first week. This book was made to record your sleep at night to better improve your sleep overall using cognitive Behavioral therapy or CPT. It basically just helps eliminate harmful patterns. This is me doing my sleep log right now It's an 11 question and answer entry. It asks you what time you got into bed, what time you fell asleep How long you were up in the middle of the night, what time you finally woke up, when you got out of bed, etc Then it has you track the total time in bed for the night Versus how much time you actually spent in bed or sleep Then you divide your time asleep by the time you spent in bed and that equals your sleep efficiency for the night It asks how you slept overall and if you napped or dozed during the day This is what a finished entry looks like If you struggle with insomnia like me You can get this anti-insomnia notebook on Flip for a limited time as a freebie with a purchase or for 28 US dollars

I really love journaling, but sometimes when my depression is really bad, if I journal without any sort of structure, it can just kind of make me feel worse.
