It's helpful to know that this was made by therapists, and all the information in it is super up-to-date, and it uses cognitive behavioral therapy. I love how the chapters are laid out, and it explains why you are doing what you are doing before you practice it, and some tips. You can draw in it, write down your problems for the day, and circle how you're feeling. So if you're hunting for the perfect journal for your anxiety, this one's it.
