Okay, a patch that you can put onto your skin to get rid of period cramps and backaches and all of that discomfort that comes that time of the month. Okay, I have used two of these so far. I have been traveling and of course I started my period but thankfully I remembered to pack my good patch period patches. I wore these for the first two days which are typically my most painful days and I honestly was surprised at how much of a difference I noticed.
