Some people don't care for the strong floral scents you normally get from a Phoenix Oolong. The flavor of this tea is very balanced. It features a little bit of floral with a very refreshing sweetness, such as you would normally find in a wildflower. The aroma also has a very subtle wildflower quality mingled with a sweet peach. Brewing this tea is very easy. if you make sure you have good spring water, you can't go wrong brewing it. It's pretty hard to make this tea bitter by accident.
