I wanted to try out this tanning water because I just felt like it was going to be easier than using a mousse. First of all, I'm obsessed with the way it smells. It has a really light and floral, beautiful scent instead of the usual coconut ones that I really don't like. It applies super easily and it's mess-free and streak-free, but I definitely wish I got a darker shade because this is only one shade darker than my original skin tone.

And I will say, do as I say. Not as I did. Because in my fit of mania and depression, I did not rub the product in. I just sprayed. I didn't read any instructions. And I have little spots everywhere from where the color deposited and then white where it didn't. Spots. White. Spots. White. I will also say, be sure to exfoliate before you do it. I know this. I have one of the best body brushes in the world and I did not do it. Take my advice. It's a beautiful product. Read the instructions. I'm going to go redo this experiment. I'm going to redo this experiment with a different tan lux mousse and be right back.

Alright, so the first product I picked out is this tan luxe the water hydrating self tan water I've heard really good things about this brand and since they're new to flip I got a couple of their other products, too The next thing that I got is this J Hanna nail polish and I got like a little olive green color I think it's super pretty and I got the face Illuminating self tan drops in medium dark red lipstick Super glow body serum from tan luxe And then I got the gradual illuminating self tan lotion as well Then lastly is this little eyeshadow pigment?

Trying out the Tanlux hydrating self tan water. I always prepare to self tan the night before, so I exfoliate and shave, and then after that I add a body butter or hydrating lotion so that it can sink in overnight while I sleep.

The Water Hydrating Self Tan by Tanlux has become one of my favorite tanning products I own. You can see here just how easy it is. Spray it on your body like any other mist. And I'm using a brush to blend it in. And it smells great. It's pretty much foolproof. And I couldn't believe how 24 hours later it looked so much darker. I wasn't sure if it was going to be as strong as a mousse. And I really did get a good color from this. $47 just like any other tanning product would be on the market. You gotta get it.

Hey guys, I'm reviewing the Tam Luxe Self Tan Water. It's in the shade medium dark. This is my natural skin tone. I'm still a little tan from the summer, which is why I chose medium dark, but I want to put this on tonight, wait until the morning, and see how dark it gets me. I recommend using a mitt to rub it in so your tan comes out evenly. This stuff actually feels and looks just like water and goes on so easily. This is me the next morning. I think I did get actually a lot darker. It looks like I got a little bit of a golden glow going on. I really like this self tanner. I didn't notice any streaks anywhere. It doesn't smell. It's not sticky, very non-scented. I don't know if that's because it's water, which made it easier because there's no streaks. Also, I like it because I didn't get anything on my sheets because it's clear. So yeah, definitely recommend.

I have this Tamp Luxe water, hydrating self-tan water, and it's in the medium and darker shade family, which is great for me. It smells great, and this is a million times more convenient than mousse.
