Hi Flip, this is the Tonic Serum Water with Ceramides and this focuses on repairing, moisturizing and protecting, focusing on reducing redness and anti-aging also. This is an active so I would not pair it up with other actives but you can use this morning and night. I just wanted to unbox this with you. I'm not going to open it, open it because I have other serums that I'm finishing up first but I cannot wait to use it. It is very liquidy as you can see and I would use this probably in your first step because it's so thin and liquidy and it has a pump too that you can put in the top so you can easily dispense the product. I cannot wait to try this. I've used something else from this brand that I absolutely loved and this is great for people with super sensitive skin too. Great for all skin types so if you've been looking at these I definitely recommend checking them out.
