How to use

1. Take a suppository out of its packaging and place it in the top of the applicator. For best results, do this at night time before bed. 2. Lay on your back with your knees bent OR stand with your feet apart and knees bent. Gently insert the applicator (with suppository) into your vagina as far as it will comfortably go. 3. With one hand on the base of the applicator, use the other hand to push the plunger all the way through. Throw away the applicator — don't flush it down the toilet! 4. You can use a liner on your underwear to protect against any staining from the suppository. 5. The suppository will completely dissolve in your vagina overnight — no removal necessary. Repeat these steps for the next two nights to complete treatment.
