How to use

Morning Regimen:

Cleanse your face and pat dry.
Apply the Vitamin B5 Serum onto your face and neck and allow it to absorb.
Follow up with the Co Enzyme Q10 Serum, gently massaging it onto your face and neck.
Allow the serums to absorb fully into the skin.
Apply your moisturizer and then your sunscreen, ensuring an SPF of 30+.

Nighttime Regimen:

Cleanse your face and pat dry.
Use the Derma Roller as instructed above.
Apply the Vitamin B5 Serum onto your face and neck and allow it to absorb.
Follow up the Co Enzyme Q10 Serum, gently massaging it onto your face and neck.
Apply your moisturizer as the last step.

How To Use The Derma Roller:

Cleanse: Thoroughly cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry with a clean towel.
Sterilize: Disinfect the derma roller by soaking it in isopropyl alcohol for 5-10 minutes. Make sure the derma roller is completely submerged.
Prepare: Gently pat your skin dry before beginning the process. Avoid using the derma roller on wet skin.
Roll: Divide your face into sections (forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck). Starting with one section, gently roll the derma roller over the skin in a vertical motion, applying light pressure. Then roll horizontally and diagonally in the same section. Repeat this process for each section of your face.
Coverage: Ensure even coverage by rolling the derma roller over each section of your face the same number of times. Avoid rolling over the same spot multiple times in one session.
Pressure: Apply light pressure during the rolling process. Do not press too hard as this may cause skin irritation or injury.
Cleanse Again: Once you have finished rolling, gently cleanse your face again to remove any debris or impurities that may have been brought to the surface during the process. Avoid using a cleanser or face wash, just wash your face with water.
Moisturize: Apply a gentle, hydrating moisturizer to soothe the skin and aid in the recovery process.
Disinfect: After use, disinfect the derma roller by soaking it in isopropyl alcohol for another 5-10 minutes. Allow it to air dry completely before storing it in a clean, dry place.
Frequency: Avoid using the derma roller more than once a week to prevent skin irritation. Let your skin rest for at least two days before using any other active products.
