How to use

Follow these steps for your daily bariatric health routine:

Take 1 capsule of Bariatric Multivitamin with Iron. Take 4 tablets per day of the Chewable Calcium Citrate, preferably spread out throughout the day (2 in the morning / 2 in the evening or every few hours).

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Do not take the multivitamin with iron and calcium tablet at the same time. It is best to space doses of these two products 1 to 2 hours apart, to get the full benefits from each dietary supplement.

Use the Shiny Leaf DHT Shampoo and Conditioner regularly as a haircare treatment for hair loss and thinning hair. Follow these simple steps:

Gently massage shampoo on wet hair to create a nice lather, leave for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse off shampoo and squeeze out excess water from hair.
Apply the conditioner and leave on for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly and dry with a towel.
