The Scanpan Pro IQ 12.5" Wok is a non-stick pan that brings professional-level searing quality into the home chef's kitchen. It is great for flash frying vegetables, but can also be used for frying proteins. The wok's smooth surface is easy to clean and Scanpan's confidence in its durability

Key Benefits

Patented Non-Stick Surface – A decade of research went into developing Scanpan's strong and durable Stratanium non-stick coating. This multi-layered surface is designed to be resistant to scratching under normal usage, making metal utensils safe to use. The Stratanium surface allows the wok to reach a higher cooking temperature than a traditional Teflon coating.
PFOA and PFOS-Free – This type of coating is PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic Acid) and PFOS (Perfluorooctane Sulfonate)-free, meaning chefs will not have to worry about exposure to forever chemicals.
Large Handle – A large handle makes flipping and swirling easy. And when finished cooking, a second handle makes serving and emptying the wok a breeze.
Oven-Safe – All the components of this wok are made of oven-safe materials. This allows this wok to go directly into an oven up to 500° Fahrenheit.
