Use for 1-5 minutes on clean skin with a previously applied oil/serum, before massaging with a Roll-On or Gua Sha. Prepare your lymph glands by massaging them (at the base of the neck and at the collarbones). 1. Start at the forehead by massaging from the center outwards, then moving bottom up. Move on to the frown line, working in a grid pattern. 2. Massage in a grid pattern on the crow's feet wrinkles. 3. Then massage starting from the nose, passing over and under the cheekbone, then up towards the ears and from the oval of the face to under the cheekbone. 4. Massage the nasolabial folds from the bottom to the top in a grid pattern. 5. Move to the chin in a grid pattern and massage from the centre outwards to the ears. 6. To work on the double chin, start at the neck and quickly work your way up to the underside of the chin, then smooth down to the hairline. 7. Finish the massage by moving down to the neck, smoothing from the top to the bottom of the neck to the décolleté and in a grid pattern. (Repeat 5 to 10 times).
