Use 15 minutes after removing from the freezer, on clean skin with a previously applied oil/serum or mask. Prepare your lymph glands by massaging them (at the base of the neck and at the collarbones)
1. Start at the forehead, smoothing from the center outwards, making upward movements at the frown line.
2. Smooth with the small roll-on, starting from the frown line, along the eyebrow line.
3. Decongest the eye contour area with the small roll-on, starting from the inner corner of the eye, with the eyelid closed, and massaging up to the temples. Open the eyes and repeat the operation on the bags and dark circles, massaging from the inside to the outside, then, making small perpendicular ascending movements from the inside to the outside of the eye.
4. To sculpt the cheekbones, massage with the large roll-on, starting from the nose, passing under the cheekbone and working upwards towards the ears. You can also make upward movements under the cheekbone while moving towards the temple.
5. Go down to the cheeks and make long smoothing strokes to the ears and then to the oval of the face to sculpt, passing under the chin and smoothing to the ears.
6. Finish by draining down to the neck, smoothing from the top to the bottom of the neck to the décolletage.
