High Protein Lasagna
Ingredients:
- Protein Pasta
- 1 zucchini
- 1 yellow onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- ground beef
- olive oil
- 1-2 c cottage cheese
- 1/2 c mozzarella
- 1/2 c Parmesan Romano
- 3 cups sauce
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Boil & cook your pasta. Set aside. In a pan brown beef, garlic, and onion. Once cooked, add zucchini and sauce. Sit on low. Add in your drained pasta and let simmer.
Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan Romano, black pepper together in a bowl. In a baking dish/casserole dish layer pasta mix, cottage cheese mix, until reached the final layer of pasta. Top with shredded cheese. 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
