Dice Beef Sandwich with Garlic, Ginger & Rosemary 🥪🌿
A flavorful twist for a family of five!
Ingredients:
• diced beef
• slices brown bread
• cup shredded cheese
• tbsp olive oil
• small onion, sliced
• cloves garlic, minced
• tsp ginger, grated
• tsp rosemary (powder)
• Salt & pepper
Steps:
1️⃣ Sauté garlic, ginger, and onion in olive oil until fragrant. Add beef and rosemary, cook until browned. Season to taste.
2️⃣ Toast bread, layer with cheese and beef mixture.
3️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy the bold flavors!

Shekila Tibs Recipe
Ingredients:
• beef, cubed
• tbsp oil
• garlic cloves, minced
• tsp ginger, minced
• sprig rosemary
• medium onion, sliced
• jalapeños, sliced
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add beef, and sear until browned.
2. Add garlic, ginger, rosemary, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in onion and jalapeño, and sauté until soft.
4. Serve hot with injera or bread.
