Chicken pot pie noodles What you need: 1package of egg noodles 2-4 lbs of chicken breast or whatever you like 1 family size can of cream of chicken 1 package of frozen peas and carrots 1 cup of milk Cook your chicken and set aside. Boil your noodles. In pan you cooked your chicken in place 2 tablespoons of butter and melt. Throw in the frozen peas and carrots and cook for about 5-8 mins. Add the can of cream of chicken and 1 cup of milk and mix together. Add chicken and noodles and mix together and serve. This is a budget friendly meal. It feeds my family of 7 with a little left over. I served with garlic bread. Enjoy 😀

Making butter What you will need One container of whipping cream. And salt Pour desired amount into your mixer. This process will take 30-45 mins. Put your mixer on about 4 or 5 and let it go. When it gets to the whipping process of the butter you are going to want to put a towel over the mixer and cover the bowl or IT WILL MAKE A MESS! This was my first time making butter and I feel it was a success. Once the whipping cream is clumb together squeeze out all the butter milk. (This stuff is gold and can be saved for other recipes like pancakes) than transfer to an ice bath and squeeze and make sure a the butter is rinsed. Add desired amount of salt to your butter and put in a container and enjoy 😀

What you will need: 4-6 pork chops 16oz of sour cream 1 package of onion soup mix 1 cup of French fries onion Mix the sour cream and onion mix together in a bowl. Add mixture on top of pork chops. Top with the French fried onions. Put foil over. And bake at 350 for about 30 mins remove foil and bake for another 20-30 mins. I served with cut green beans and rolls. This meal cost me about $10. #budgetmeal
