Check out VITA through the IRS. It's a program of volunteers who help you file your taxes FOR FREE, and then a certified CPA checks it and submits it! Everyone there at #VITA IS A VOLUNTEER and has to take a test through the IRS to be able to help you with your taxes. Many of these people have been tax advisors in the past or work with taxes through a job in the past, so these volunteers have experience and expertise in this field. I am not a gatekeeper, I love, helping other people, especially, with things I have struggled with in the past! I only have so much more characters left before I run out!
