Some people have travel in their DNA and I am one of those people. From a young age I loved traveling…I loved everything about it. The planes, the airports, the shuttles, the taxis, the hotels and everything else. Simply thinking of how far I have come and knowing I am fulfilling some dreams I didn’t think I would! Some people don’t enjoy traveling. They do because they have to not because they want to and that has never been me. One of the major Perks of my job is the time off I receive (6 weeks) which for any American job is a lot! I do love my job my coworkers and actually working a 9-5, but I am one of the few employees who takes all there PTO religiously. At the end of the day a company can fire you at any point. Not taking PTO doesn’t save you from layoffs. I have had friends and family who rarely take PTO thinking that would save them from being apart of the downsizing of their company and then got laid off right next to their coworkers who did. How to plan a mid range trip part one flights and destination The biggest word to understand when planning a mid range trip is flexibility whether that be flexibility with dates or flexibility with destination The goal is to try and find the cheapest flight that you can get to the destination you want to go to MY husband and I created a giant list of countries we would love to travel to at any point These are countries that excite us for one reason or another Once we decide on a date range the larger the date range the better we then look at the list of countries and figure out where would be a good to go during that time period After we narrow where we should go based on weather things to do etc we start looking for flights I use DialyDrop which is a paid service

When you travel are you go a Type A or a go with the flow? Can you tell who is the type A planner and who goes with the flow 😂 I enjoy taking control and researching and planning it actually brings me a ton of joy!!
