Taco Rice Casserole…. 2 Lbs Cooked Hamburger 2 Packets of Taco Seasoning 1 Can of Black Beans drained and rinsed 2 Cups of Instant Rice 32 Oz Unsalted Beef Broth 1 16oz Jar of Salsa 1 Container of Queso Cheese 8 Oz Shredded Cheese 1 Bag of Tortilla Chips Into a 9x13 casserole dish add in your cooked hamburger and taco seasoning Mix until well combined Once mixed add in your beans rice salsa and beef broth and mix again Cover with foil and bake 350 for 4 0 -45 minutes Once done remove foil and add in half of the container of queso cheese and the shredded cheese Cover again with the foil and let set for 15 minutes so the cheese has time to melt down into the casserole After 15 minutes remove foil and it is ready to be enjoyed We serve ours with tortilla chips

Cinnamon Maple Banana Bread -3 ripe bananas -1/2 cup melted unsalted butter -1/2 cup maple syrup -1/2 cup plain greek yogurt -2 eggs + 1 tsp vanilla extract -1 1/2 cups all purpose flour -1 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp baking soda -1 tsp cinnamon Start by preheating your oven to 350F Using a stand mixer(or ur hand)mash your bananas until smooth. Add in your melted butter and maple syrup and mix until combined. Add in your eggs, vanilla and greek yogurt and mix again. Remove your bowl from your stand mixer and add in your dry ingredients. Fold until all dry bits are incorporated. Add to a sprayed loaf pan and bake @ 350F for 55-60 minutes! This is delicious!
