How to use

Cran-B-PAC® Dosing:

Take 1 capful (2 tbsp) a day, 1-2 times a day.
With Antibiotics: 1 capful (2 tbsp); 1-2 times a day
Catheter users: 1 capful (2 tbsp); 2 times daily

Rejoice Plus® Dosing:

Initial Dose: For the first two weeks, take 45 mL (3tbsp. daily), which is 1.5 capfuls.
Maintenance Dose: After the initial two weeks, take one capful (30 mL, 2 tbsp) daily.
Please allow 6-8 weeks to realize full benefits. Although, some have seen results in as little as 4 weeks.
