What it is?
This is a roasting pan because It’s sturdy and deep enough to hold a holiday turkey. But it’s NOT a roasting pan that sits in the back of your cabinet the rest of the year. We use ours ALL WEEK LONG for everything from sheet pan veggies and chicken thighs to stove top french toast and bacon to late-night chocolate chip cookies.
