The MASTERPAN 12" (30cm) Carbon Steel Wok is a must have for any kitchen and is crafted from carbon steel with a wooden handle, and then finished with a superior non-stick coating. It has deep 3.5” sides that reduces easy spillage and splatter when frying, braising, sauteing or steaming your favourite Asian dishes
