I have been working on improving the quality of my nails as far as strength, length, keeping them well manicured and part of that regimen has been the Cure Nail Probiotic Instant Boost by London Town. It's basically just like a face mask for your nails. So if you're in a hurry and you just want a pre-mani pick me up you can do a single coat and leave it on for 30 seconds. I have been doing something for more intense hydration and I put it on, leave it on for at least 10 minutes but honestly I've been doing 25 or 30 before washing it off.
