retinols like adapalene can be used to treat strawberry skin or keratosis pilaris. Products like efficlare adapalene gel like shown here are usually used to treat acne but because they're strong retinols they can be used to treat KP. Strawberry skin which I have on my arm here is usually a result of buildup of keratin proteins around hair follicles and usually occurs on like the outer limbs like your legs or your arms so I'm gonna be trying this product by La Roche-Posay out for the next month or so and I'll keep you guys updated with my results.
