How To Measure:
- Neck: Measure around the middle of your neck (over the larynx), allowing the tape to be slightly loose.
- Sleeve: With your arm slightly bent, measure from the base of your neck, across your shoulder, then over your elbow, down to your wrist.
- Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring the tape is parallel to the ground.
- Under Bust: Measure around your body directly beneath your bust, keeping the tape level and in line with the floor. (Make sure the tape follows the bottom of your bra band.)
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically located below the rib cage and above the hips.
- Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
