How it Works
- The Productivity Planner uses tried-and-tested techniques, designed into your own personal productivity sidekick that will be by your side daily.
- By setting yourself a maximum of five tasks a day, completing the most important first, and working on only one at a time with the help of the Focus Time technique, you will be able to finish the projects you have been procrastinating.
- Achieve more with less.
The Focus Technique
- The Productivity Planner features our built-in time management system called the Focus Time technique.
- Focus Time uses focused work and break sessions. This method offers flexibility to pause the timer when unavoidable distractions occur, then re-start the timer and re-focus on your chosen task.
- Once you complete the session, take a break and re-energize for your next Focus Time session. That’s it.
