My seven-year-old is now begging me to change her card every morning. She is loving these. We've been using them for about a week. Today I'm going to pick one out because we're going on a field trip, so the one I am choosing says, I am always learning and growing.

these cards for my best friend because she's going through a heartbreak right now and I have the mindful ones that I bought for myself and it's the highlight of my morning every morning. it's basically a piece of decor as well I just leave my card out on the wood display all day and so then my husband gets to see it when he comes home from work and it's just like the best thing. it's something I look forward to every morning and it's such a great gift idea so if you have loved ones in your life that might need to pick me up I highly recommend this

It's back to school season, so you know what that means. Lots of studying and planning. I got the Mindful Focus Hourglass from Intelligent Change and I used it as my timer. I did the Pomodoro method, which is 30 minutes of studying with a 5 minute break. And once my timer was up, I drank some water, stretched, and then got right back to work. Honestly, this product was perfect. I wasn't on my phone and I was 10 times more productive than I usually am, so it's a thumbs up for me.

as someone who doesn't like to get on my phone first thing in the morning, this is my favorite thing ever. this 30 minute timer is perfect when i wake up doing my yoga, meditation, workout, and i'm not distracted by my phone. so cute and so satisfying. i love.
