It's back to school season, so you know what that means. Lots of studying and planning. I got the Mindful Focus Hourglass from Intelligent Change and I used it as my timer. I did the Pomodoro method, which is 30 minutes of studying with a 5 minute break. And once my timer was up, I drank some water, stretched, and then got right back to work. Honestly, this product was perfect. I wasn't on my phone and I was 10 times more productive than I usually am, so it's a thumbs up for me.
