This is the plant that made DeSiree decide not to buy from this seller anymore. When she received the Chinese Evergreen 'Lady Valentine', it wasn't actually in the soil and its roots were entirely out of the dirt. Despite the poor condition, DeSiree decided to keep the plant and has been taking good care of it with a support pole, twine, and proper watering and lighting. The plant is slowly recovering from near death and is looking gorgeous. Although DeSiree is unsure if the plant would have survived the travel back, she is satisfied with its progress. Overall, the Chinese Evergreen 'Lady Valentine' has the potential to thrive with proper care, but buyers should be cautious about the initial condition upon arrival.
