That being said, we also recognize that in modern times, some essential nutrients are harder to come by. Since we have never been fans of seafood and fish, omega-3s have always been one of them. So initially, we set out to create a high-quality omega-3 supplement, but research led us to a more complete, nutrient-dense and most of all, synergy enabling product like Harmony™.
