What we now call 'Gf' started with a simple desire: to create something in the health and wellness space that truly helps people. It's important to note that as strong advocates for whole, unprocessed foods, we believe the best nutrition comes from a balanced diet rich in nutrient-dense foods. That being said, we also recognize that in modern times, some essential nutrients are harder to come by. Since we have never been fans of seafood and fish, omega-3s have always been one of them. So initially, we set out to create a high-quality omega-3 supplement, but research led us to a more complete, nutrient-dense and most of all, synergy enabling product like Harmony™. We value authenticity and integrity. We believe research leads the way. We are motivated by the level of quality we want to deliver. We are driven by our need to do right by people. We only accept excellent work. And we trust ourselves for it.
