The EL SC Gel Balm Cleanser by Eve Lom was put to the test by Jen in her video review. She was particularly interested in its ability to remove waterproof makeup. Jen found that the cleanser struggled with heavy cream eyeshadow and liquid lipstick, as it seemed to just move them around instead of effectively removing them.
