hey mother flippers, if you're a sleep deprived girly like i am, try this elm and rye magnesium. when i take this supplement, it's the deepest sleep i've ever been in. and this isn't my first rodeo taking magnesium. i've tried several different brands in the past and i honestly wasn't expecting anything special from this one. but i sleep so so deeply. it's like that wake up withdrawal covering your pillow sleep. like that fall asleep and wake up in the same position sleep. or like that did i miss the school bus sleep. anyway y'all get the idea. i'm picky with my ratings but this deserves a 10.

Alright y'all this stuff is the real deal. This is from Elman Rye and it's their magnesium and I've always kind of known I've been low in iron low in magnesium. It's Been a thing since I ran in college in cross-country But I just kind of fell off taking Supplements and I thought this was a great way to just get right back on track And right off the bat like I just totally see a difference in like the way even my hair is growing and My complexion and just my overall energy like I don't think you even realize how much Like supplements like magnesium if you're low on them how much they directly correlate with like your health and they do and I'm just feeling On top of the world these days. I have so much more energy for my job for outdoor activities Just for everything so highly suggest
