How to use

How to use the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover for waterproof makeup: Shake the e.l.f. out of the bottle before each use to activate the bi-phase formula. Saturate a cotton ball or round and gently press into skin to melt makeup, then swipe to remove. On clean skin, blend pea-sized amount of retinoid serum onto your face and neck at night, when skin is the most receptive to renewal. Note: the amber color of the formula is a naturally occurring hue due to the potency of the retinoid complex. It will blend into the skin after application. If new to retinoids, use every 2 days and build up usage overtime. Use SPF during the day.
