This is the four inch blade in the set of three that I got. I mean, it's just so beautiful. Crazy, crazy sharp. Do you see how thin that is? I'm in love with this color. I've never seen a handle so beautiful. It feels great to hold. I love that the weight of it goes towards the front. I feel like that's safer, and you have more control over what you are cutting. This is an absolutely beautiful knife. I'm so excited to have it added to my knife collection.

Hey guys, so this is the Cutaway 5.5 inch blade knife and look at this packaging. I love how they had this wrapped up in burlap and inside the box there was even a handwritten note and a little card on how to care for this knife. I love the beautiful leather case that covers the blade. This is the nicest knife that we have ever had and it was a free item, which I was pleasantly surprised about. It's super sharp, very high quality. My husband wanted to do the paper test right away and he sliced straight through a sheet of paper no problem and then he was cutting up raw chicken for dinner and he said it felt like he was cutting butter. So I definitely highly recommend this knife if you want to splurge on a really great knife for your kitchen.
