Prepare the Halo Surface:
- Start by wiping the surface of your halo clean using a microfiber cloth to thoroughly remove any dust particles.
Align and Prepare the Accent Strip:
- Begin by aligning the accent strip over the top of the halo, ensuring that the pre-cut hole lines up with the halo joint.
- Locate the edge of the strip and cut off any excess material. Keep the cut-off section for potential rhinestone replacements.
Attach the Accent Strip:
- Gently peel away 3-4 inches of the protective backing from one side of the accent strip.
- Align the adhesive side of the precut hole with the halo joint and press firmly down to ensure complete adhesion.
- Make sure to line up the edges of the strip with the edges of the halo as closely centered as possible during this step.
Repeat for the Other Side:
- Repeat the same process for the other side of the accent strip.
- Once the center is securely attached on both sides, continue pressing down each side towards the ends of the halo.
Gradual Backing Removal:
- Gradually peel back more of the backing while keeping the edges as straight as possible.
- If needed, you can lift the accent strip off and reposition it, but be aware that multiple attempts may reduce adhesion or distort the shape of the rhinestones.
Please Note: The adhesive is easiest to remove and adjust within the first 24 hours.
