I made this cocktail to help celebrate Mardi Gras, and it’ll have you ready to catch all the beads being thrown your way!🙌 So shake up a French Quarter 75 and get down to the Mardi Gras!🍸⚜️💜💚💛 French Quarter 75⚜️💜💚💛 1oz Absinthe 1oz Gin 1oz Elderflower Liqueur 3/4oz Lemon Juice 1/2oz Simple Syrup 2oz Champagne Add your ingredients, except champagne, to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a champagne flute. Top with the champagne. Garnish with a lemon wheel decorated with colored sugar for Mardi Gras(purple, green, and gold). Then get ready to catch some beads and Enjoy!!
