My great grandmother showed me how to draw some simple lil flowers when I was young (4/5yr). Drawing can be very relaxing and help calm the brain. Just breathe and draw. I continue to bounce around, make new scribbles, bring more balance, and make the drawing take as long as my moment needs. You can buy nice pen sets like the one I have attached or a regular bic like I used. You can literally just scribble and see where the drawing takes you. Just breathe and draw.
