Ugh!! I have a love hate relationship with working out. Who can relate?!! I typically would rather spend my time doing other things and why would I make my muscles all sore so I barely sit down without being in pain lol. But I’ve found so many emotional and mental benefits to working out that have surprised me. I honestly feel more happy I feel more energized in the morning.
