One of my favorite ways to enjoy spaghetti INGREDIENTS: 1/2 box of spaghetti 1/2 an onion 3-4 cherry tomatoes (or 1/2 regular) 8 cloves garlic 2-3 tbsp crunchy chili oil 1 cup mozzarella (use fresh mozzarella if possible) Basil (use a few leaves fresh Basil if possible or 2 tbsp dried) 1/2 cup pasta water Salt and black pepper to taste
