Insomnia can make falling asleep or staying asleep difficult, leading to frustration and exhaustion! I thought I’d share a simple meditation to help you- all you have to do is focus on your breath. Lie down comfortably and close your eyes. Inhale deeply for a count of four, hold for four, then exhale slowly for four. Repeat this cycle, focusing solely on the sensation of your breath. As your mind drifts, gently guide it back to your breathing. This practice calms the nervous system and can help you drift back to sleep.
